The objective of this study was to evaluate the contributions of the European network for rural development (ENRD) and the national rural networks in the implementation of the EAFRD 2014-2022. The consortium undertaking this evaluation included ADE, ÖIR and the University of Gloucestershire.

The study team evaluated the networks using a comprehensive case study approach including a social network analysis, surveys to network members, analysis of monitoring and network data, and expert interviews.
