We support the institutions of the European Union as well as national actors in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of European policies and programmes. Primary services we offer include evaluations, accompanying the programming of policies, implementing impact assessments, and providing evidence for decision-making. At ÖIR, we have specialised in regional policy, rural development, Territorial Impact Assessments and international development cooperation. Through our extensive partner network, we cover all Member States of the European Union, as well as neighbouring countries. We apply advanced quantitative and qualitative research methods, including tools such as spatial econometric approaches, counterfactual case study analyses or data mining.
