The Regional Development Programme Northern Albania shall contribute significantly to an equitable social and economic development in Shkodër and Lezhë while improving equal access of citizens to quality public services and economic opportunities, in particular in disadvantaged areas.
The final evaluation assesses the overall results and the impact of the project and describes challenges/obstacles faced in course of the implementation. Based on the analysis including desk research, focus groups, interviews and a field trip findings and lessons learned were elaborated in order to share recommendations for any follow-up action/intervention at national or regional level.
