This project was a research spin-off, building on ESPON TEVI. The goal of ESPON PERIMETER was the supporting of three Interreg IPA-Programmes in developing result and output indicators suitable for their specific constraints – primarily data blindness and relatively low funding volumes.
ÖIR supported the IPA-Interreg Programmes Bulgaria – Republic of North Macedonia, Bulgaria – Serbia and Bulgaria – Turkey in developing tailored result and output indicators. Activities included the analysis and refinement of the programme intervention logics, an assessment of the existing indicator system, as well as developing new indicators. Furthermore, the project team developed the methodological background of the new indicators and defined their target and milestone values.
