The ESPON project „Territorial Impact Assessment for Cross-Border Cooperation” (TIA CBC) led by OIR is reaching the final project stage. After developing a TIA methodology tailored to the needs of INTERREG A programmes and testing it in five case studies, OIR has hosted a workshop in Porto to exchange experiences among case study representatives.

The ESPON project „Territorial Impact Assessment for Cross-Border Cooperation” (TIA CBC) led by OIR is reaching the final project stage. After developing a TIA methodology tailored to the needs of INTERREG A programmes and testing it in five case studies, OIR has hosted a workshop in Porto to exchange experiences among case study representatives. Bernd Schuh and Roland Gaugitsch led the participants through three days of discussing the practical application of the methodology and making suggestions for improvements. The final methodology will be published on the ESPON website after project completion.
