Together with our Swedish lead partner NIRAS, the team of OIR – Ursula Mollay, together with Martyna Derszniak-Noirjean, Daniela Fessl, Roland Gaugitsch, Helene Gorny, Ambre Maucorps, Arndt Münch – has finished the work of the study “Gender budgeting: Closing the gap between gender equality commitments and resources in the EU “. OIR examined current gender budgeting methods to support the goals of gender mainstreaming in the current ESIF programs – ERDF, EAFRD, ESF and EMFF. The first part of the results has already been published in the EIGE publication on “Gender budgeting. Mainstreaming gender into the EU’s budget and macroeconomic policy framework”. The results for a “step-by-step toolkit ” will be presented on the EIGE website as an online tool for the preparation of the upcoming EU programs 2021-2027.
