Beginning of February 2013 OIR has been appointed to conduct the Ex-ante evaluation of the future EU Cross-border Programme Austria – Czech Republic. The evaluation will run in parallel and in close cooperation with the programming process, which has started late 2012 and shall provide a constructive feedback and input for the future AT-CZ programme. It will also comprise the strategic environmental assessment as required and will be running throughout the year 2013.
