The ESPON report „State of the European Territory“, investigating the development trends related to the objectives of a smarter, greener, more connected, more social Europe being closer to its citizens was the headline publication related to the latest ESPON Seminar in Helsinki. It was able to facilitate the discussion of evidence collected on those trends through ESPON research.
