Croat River Sava, situated in Pan-European Corridor X, is due to become again an important waterway. Near the town Sisak, located on the upper end of the river’s navigable stretch and only 65 kilometers distant from capital Zagreb, a new river port and multimodal logistic node is planned. OIR has, as a subcontractor of TINA VIENNA, elaborated an analysis of the potentials in industrial development and waterway transport.
