On September 26th and 27th the Hungarian National Development Agency in cooperation with the European Commission held its 4th international evaluation conference in Budapest. 140 participants from 16 countries came together to listen to and discuss with 26 invited experts in programming and evaluation from the European Commission, from Member States and international organizations. The conference provided an overview on ex ante evaluation requirements and challenges programmers currently face, as well as evaluation experience gained so far.
