There is a pronounced lack of knowledge on smart city related activities in small and medium sized cities. The research project SPRINKLE, lead by Ursula Mollay, provides with a collection of Austrian cities’ activities. Additionally, the final report presents detailed findings for selected Austrian cities, namely an analysis of competency domains and policy instruments from a legal and institutional governance perspective as well as actors’ perception of problems, behavioural logics and orientations and decision making processes from an actor-centred and process oriented perspective. The final report is available via this link.
