Within the framework of the REAL CORP conference (May 20th 2011 in Essen, Germany) OIR and AIT Energy Department held a Smart Cities Workshop. The SmartCitiesNet project team, consisting of Barbara Saringer-Bory, Ursula Mollay from OIR and Olivier Pol from AIT, provided input on a variety of related topics that can be downloaded here.
Within the framework of the REAL CORP conference (May 20th 2011 in Essen, Germany) OIR and AIT Energy Department held a Smart Cities Workshop. The SmartCitiesNet project team, consisting of Barbara Saringer-Bory, Ursula Mollay from OIR and Olivier Pol from AIT, provided input on a variety of related topics that can be downloaded here. The team, along with a dozen participants, discussed the dimensions of the term Smart Cities, the definition of the term “Smart” and related topics such as flexible urban structures and food supply.
