On June 13th the EIB and the Directorate General for Agriculture hosted a seminar on the application of Financial Instruments in the EAFRD funded programmes in 2014-2020 in Rome. Bernd Schuh from OIR has been invited to present the publication of the Methodological handbook for implementing an ex-ante assessment of agriculture financial instruments under the EAFRD. This handbook has been written by an OIR team providing a comprehensive guidance through the steps of ex-ante assessments in the context of FI application in Rural Development Programmes.
