This feasibility study aims to make the “Green Market” area in the historic centre of the Kosovan capital more attractive. The proposed activities encompass a new Market, a range of enhancements for the Agushi Square, new underground parking and pedestrian zones designed to harmoniously integrate with the broader urban fabric.

Based on an integrated Masterplan, the projects needed a detailed and well-coordinated implementation process. The Delivery Model provided by ÖIR has outlined for the Green Market & Agushi Square project to be jointly realised with an underground parking facility, the Green Market Parking. The Delivery Model options were analysed in an overview of the pros and cons, considering different ownership and organizational structures in the relations between the city, its agencies, private developers, tenants and customers.
