‘EGTC Good Practice Booklet’ published

The European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation (EGTC) is a tool to facilitate cross-border, transnational or interregional cooperation between regional and local authorities. It was established by the European Union in 2006. This tool brings regional and local authorities of the member states together to strengthen the economic and social cohesion. A consortium of OIR, Spatial Foresight and t33 introduces a selection of EGTCs in the ‘EGTC Good Practice Booklet’. Based on the interviews with the EGTCs the consortium highlights the strengths of such cooperation. The brochure is available on the website of the Committee of the Regions.
