At the agit2019 SYMPOSIUM and EXHIBIT on Geographic Information Science, ÖIR contributed to the session “SaMBA – Workshop on Sustainable Mobility Behaviours in the Alpine Region” on Friday, 5 July 2019 in Salzburg. In this workshop they discussed how GIS and geodata can contribute to changing mobility behaviour. As an example, two residential areas in the city of Salzburg will be used, in which the mobility behaviour of the residents is to be changed sustainably through the use of suitable information, incentive and reward systems.
