In the frame of the ESPON Transnational Outreach Projects, OIR conducted several seminars in using the TIA-Tool for interested participants inside and outside of the EU. On the 5th of October 2018 the basics were presented during an open webinar. On the 6th of November, representatives of regional and national authorities and other bodies form Croatia, Slovenia and Albania were trained in applying the TIA-tool and conducting a connected TIA-workshop.

On the 20th of November a similar training has been conducted in The Hague with representatives of regional and national authorities as well as universities from the Netherlands, France and the United Kingdom. The trainings were conducted by Bernd Schuh and Roland Gaugitsch.
