InterregNEXT programmes involving Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova share a lot of the challenges of other Interreg programmes – yet their unique geographic position (involving both EU and non-EU countries) also provides unique potentials. What would happen from a territorial perspective if those programmes did not exist in the future? To answer this question, Erich Dallhammer and Roland Gaugitsch led a Territorial Impact Assessment (TIA) workshop in Bucharest. The TIA was requested by TESIM and supported by ESPON. The results will be published by ESPON in the coming weeks.
