The international consortium composed of OIR, TRT, Arcadia Interrnational, and M&E Factory are analysing the roadworthiness package introduced by the European Commission.
With mid-April 2020, Erich Dallhammer and Arndt Münch started the study “Roadworthiness Package: Legal transposition, concrete functioning and readiness for the future” for the European Parliament Research Service. The international consortium composed of OIR, TRT, Arcadia Interrnational, and M&E Factory are analysing the roadworthiness package introduced by the European Commission. The study focuses on the legal and technical transposition by Member States and the extent to which it is ready for future developments in new safety features. The consortium applies a qualitative methodological framework, including expert interviews, document analysis and stakeholder consultations. The study is expected to conclude in late summer 2020.
