ÖIR, TRT, Arcadia International, and M&E delivered the final report on the transposition of the Roadworthiness Directive to the European Parliament Research Service in August 2020. The study investigated to which extent the EU roadworthiness guidelines were transposed by the Member States and identified shortcomings and recommendations. ÖIR analysed the legal situation in Germany, Austria, France, Poland, Slovakia and Czechia via desk research and interviews with public authorities.
