Project Management Training at the OIR

In October 2014 twelve staff members of OIR participated in an in-house project management training course. In four half-day sessions a variety of project management tools and instruments was applied and tested in simulated project environments based on real world projects. The in-house training focused, amongst others, on instruments such as project environment analysis, work breakdown structure, work package specifications, project role descriptions and organization, and tools for project communication. The conceptual design and implementation of the training course was performed by Sebastian Beiglböck and Gaby Schinko, a certified Senior Project Manager IPMA level B. OIR is a pool of experts who practically manage to bridge in- depth expertise in different professional fields with concrete project management know-how.
