OIR on behalf of ESPON is developing a guideline supporting actors in deciding if a Territorial Impact Assessment (TIA) should be included in the overall impact assessment of a new legislation. On September 18th 2019 Bernd Schuh, Mailin-Gaupp-Berghausen and Roland Gaugitsch held a workshop at the DG REGIO premises in Brussels with representatives of DG REGIO, DG ENV, DG AGRI, DG MOVE, the CoR and ESPON in order to gather and include the input of the relevant actors directly into the development of the guideline. More information about the TIA tool can be found here.
