Bernd Schuh presented the results of the study on programming EAFRD financial instruments in 2014-2020 at the Macro-regional conference on EAFRD financial instruments for agriculture and rural development in 2014-2020 in Tallinn (for more information, follow this link). The study, elaborated by Helene Gorny, Stephanie Kirchmayr-Novak and Sanja Brkanovic, provides an exhaustive overview of the status of Financial Instrument programming as well as the process in ex-ante assessments within the EAFRD. The uptake of FIs within the RDPs is promising and the results of the study serve as input for a further development of this implementation mechanism. The final report will be available in autumn 2017 via the platform fI-compass.
