For the third time OIR has conducted a training seminar on Advanced Measuring Tools and Evaluation Techniques for EU Funds (organized by the European Academy for Taxes, Economics and Law in Berlin). Together with Stanislaw Bienias from the Polish Ministry of Regional Development – National Evaluation Unit Bernd Schuh from OIR offered interactive training courses for members of public administrations from various EU Member States.
For the third time OIR has conducted a training seminar on Advanced Measuring Tools and Evaluation Techniques for EU Funds (organized by the European Academy for Taxes, Economics and Law in Berlin). Together with Stanislaw Bienias from the Polish Ministry of Regional Development – National Evaluation Unit Bernd Schuh from OIR offered interactive training courses for members of public administrations from various EU Member States. The main emphasis has been on methods for Counterfactual Impact Assessment, which have become a standard approach in evaluations for all EU-co-funded policy programmes. Due to the large demand the European Academy plans to offer more of these trainings in the future.
