The team of OIR – Ursula Mollay, Erich Dallhammer, Arndt Münch and Joanne Tordy – was commissioned to evaluate the measures for sustainable urban development of the ERDF program for Thuringia 2014-2020. The project aims at a comprehensive impact analysis of the ERDF measures which will be based on document and data analysis, interviews and an online survey.
The team of OIR – Ursula Mollay, Erich Dallhammer, Arndt Münch and Joanne Tordy – was commissioned to evaluate the measures for sustainable urban development of the ERDF program for Thuringia 2014-2020. The project aims at a comprehensive impact analysis of the ERDF measures which will be based on document and data analysis, interviews and an online survey. The project team will discuss intervention and impact logics of urban development funding and analyse its impacts on regional and municipal development in the urban regions of Thuringia as well as the interaction of EU funding with national urban development funding. The recommendations are intended to contribute to the development of the future ERDF-funding in Thuringia.
