On October 23rd and 24th Interact conducted a seminar on working with indicators in the course of program evaluation in the next programming period on the basis of the regulative proposal COM(2018) 372. On the second day of the seminar in Krakow, the policy objectives 1 (smarter Europe) and 5 (a Europe closer to the citizens) were analyzed with regards to their territorial effects by the participants representing different Interreg-programs in the course of a Territorial Impact Assessment (TIA) workshop conducted by OIR.

Erich Dallhammer, Bernd Schuh, Mailin Gaupp-Berghausen und Roland Gaugitsch guided through the two parallel workshop sessions and produced a first picture of the territorial distribution of impacts of the directive proposal together with the participants.
