Martyna Derszniak-Noirjean demonstrated how cross-border and transnational cooperation programmes can measure their impacts making use of the results of the ESPON TEVI project. In a second session Bernd Schuh showed the application of the ESPON TIA Webtool as a means of assessing the territorial impacts of policies and legislation. Furthermore, he participated in an ‚ESPON Talk‘ on the future of TIA in the european policy context which can be viewed here.
