EUSALP Action Plan to be revised! ÖIR will support the upcoming presidency (Austria and Liechtenstein) in coordinating this task. The Action Plan will serve as a guideline for the 7 countries and 48 regions of the Alps and their joint actions to tackle the challenges ahead. The focus is on challenges related to economic growth and innovation, mobility and connectivity, as well as environment and energy. ÖIR supports the elaboration of the Action Plan as well as the discussions around it under the auspices of the Austrian Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, Regions and Water Management. Erich Dallhammer and Manon Badouix took part in the kick-off meeting in early November. The discussions will start at the beginning of February 2025 and will be hosted by Liechtenstein.
