On 11 June 2026, Sabrina Mansutti presented the Cross-Border Data Collection project at the annual meeting of the European Cross-Border Platform organised by the European Committee of the Region and CESCI in Brussels.
The presentation took place in the panel on networks for cross-border cooperation and highlighted how administrative data can contribute to a better understanding of cross-border labour markets at regional level. The project results show the potential of comparable data on incoming cross-border workers to support evidence-based policymaking and territorial cooperation in border regions.
The annual meeting brought together actors working on cross-border cooperation across Europe and provided an opportunity to exchange on current initiatives, future needs and policy solutions for border regions.
