The project aims at developing a methodology to better asses the territorial impact of Cross Border Cooperation (CBC) programmes. This is achieved by developing a step-by-step methodology and handbook for TIA of CBC programmes. This methodology is then applied in five case studies in close cooperation with stakeholders from the respective programmes.
