Following Bucharest’s successful application for the Green Cities Programme of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), a large consortium led by Trinomics worked on the analysis, objectives and measures for the next 10-15 years. The GCAP has been elaborated in close cooperation with the city administration and extensive public participation. Within the consortium, Ursula Mollay contributed as an expert in sustainable urban development. The finalised action plan was presented in Bucharest in April 2025.
