The EU FP7 funded project ‘TRANSFORM – Transformation Agenda for Low Carbon Cities’ is facing its final face. The six partner cities Vienna, Amsterdam, Genoa, Lyon, Copenhagen and Hamburg elaborated strategies and processes to become even smarter cities. Christof Schremmer and Ursula Mollay from OIR coordinated the work on the Implementation Plans for the pilot areas – so called Sustainable Urban Labs – in all partner cities.
