The final report of the mid-term evaluation of the ‘Higher Education, Research and Applied Science’ (HERAS) project in Kosovo was successfully submitted in May 2019 by Bernd Schuh, Ambre Maucorps and Mailin Gaupp-Berghausen from OIR, together with the lead partner Karin Kohlweg and national expert Skender Kaciu.

The final report of the mid-term evaluation of the ‘Higher Education, Research and Applied Science’ (HERAS) project in Kosovo was successfully submitted in May 2019 by Bernd Schuh, Ambre Maucorps and Mailin Gaupp-Berghausen from OIR, together with the lead partner Karin Kohlweg and national expert Skender Kaciu. The findings were approved by the HERAS Project Consortium and will support the further implementation of HERAS until January 2020. The report outlines the project’s performance in terms of relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability, includes key lessons learnt from the project delivery so far and provides valuable insights into the potential continuation of the project beyond 2020.
