Bernd Schuh and Max Kintisch from OIR in cooperation with CRDLS Albania have been assigned to conduct the ex-post evaluation of the RDP Northern Albania, which is a joint initiative of the Austrian Development Agency (ADA) and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC). For five years a consortium of ÖAR, HELVETAS and Co-Plan has been implementing and facilitating the set-up of a regional development programme, which may serve as example for decentralized, community based development for whole Albania. On February 24th 2015 the evaluation has been finalized with a workshop in Shkodër, where the achievements of the programme as well as the challenges in sustaining the future were discussed with regional stakeholders and the donor agencies.
