The ESPON tools project ‘Filling in Data Gaps in the ESPON Database’ which was realized under the lead management of Bernd Schuh and Jiannis Kaucic from OIR together with partners Spatial Foresight and t33, was finished by the end of 2014. A scientific report, time-series on the topics of population and labour market on NUTS2 and NUTS3 level, as well as comprehensive maps on spatial developments and territorial patterns in Europe were delivered.
