Chinese delegation at OIR

On December 9^th 2013 Erich Dallhammer received a delegation from Zhejiang Province at OIR. The delegation – representatives from the Department of Commerce and the Economic Development Zone of the province – was especially interested in the topics of Smart City and Mobility as well as rural development.
