The consortium ÖIR together with Joanneum Research and convelop will support the managing authority of the Austrian ERDF/JTF programme with evaluation and advisory services. ÖIR is leading the consortium and is also responsible for evaluating the integrated territorial investments supported by the programme, as well as the just transition priority. Furthermore, ÖIR experts will evaluate the implementation of the anchoring of non-discrimination & gendermainstreaming as well as the circular economy in the programme.
