International and national research
Research is a focus of ÖIR’s activities, as it enables us to constantly improve our methodological background and our theoretical foundation. This strenghtens our innovation orientation and secures the knowledge base of our experts. It enables our customers to access the current research state of the art and various international networks. The activities are widespread:
- Participation in European and Austrian research programmes
- Collaboration with international consortia
- Member of the European Spatial Planning Observation Network (ESPON)
