SURE (Sustainable Urban Rural Europe) Conference – Krakow: 20.-22. May 2010!

OIR in cooperation with two European partners (Polish Rural Forum, Riksorganisationen Hela Sverige skall leva) is organizing a series of events under the EU Program “Europe for citizens”. After a preparatory meeting in Sweden last year the final event will take place in Krakow (Poland). The aim of the series of events is to bring together citizens movements, NGOs and other grass-roots movements with policy makers to discuss sustainable solutions for urban rural linkages (transport, energy, food). The product of the Krakow meeting will be the “Krakow declaration on sustainable urban-rural linkages”.
