My principal desire is to develop adjustedmade-to-order solutions for the assessment of transport infrastructures and of other measures in order to arrive at viable solutions in practice. Using current databasesTo this end, models are created that representreplicate the complex dynamic of transport situations as close as possible to reality. using current databases.
Education
- 1978 Master’s degree from the University of Vienna in geography with a speciality in spatial research studies and spatial planning
- Language study travels in England, France and Spain

- 1976-1988 freelance work in many ÖIR projects involving regional and transport planning; collaboration in numerous studies on regional planning, transport planning and research work on traffic issues
- 1982 expert resident in Eastern Africa (railway study for Kagera Railway)
- 1985-1987 freelance work for Austrian Railway Engineering
- 1989 employee of ÖIR
- 1993-1997 Head of the Transport Group of ÖIR; Regional and national projects
